About this game

Unleash your students’ memory power in this wild team challenge! In this fast-paced jungle adventure, teams must memorize words and work together to build sentences that roar with creativity. The more they remember and the better they collaborate, the bigger their pride grows—until one team reigns supreme as the largest pride of lions in the jungle!

How to play

1. 1Divide the class into small teams of 3–4 students.
2. 2Assign each student in every team a number from 1 to 4.
3. 3At the start of each round, have everyone “go to sleep” by putting their heads down on their desks.
4. 4The teacher will call out a number (starting with 1). All students with that number “wake up” and quietly look at the word(s) shown on the screen. Their job is to memorize it—no writing allowed!
5. 5Once they’ve seen their word, they go back to sleep, and the teacher repeats the process for numbers 2, 3, and 4.
6. 6When everyone has had a turn, the teacher calls, the teacher will instruct all students sit up.
7. 7Students will have until the timer expires to create a sentence and earn points.
